Card games.-Appliances for playing an arithmetical card game comprise a series of groups of cards, Fig. 2, each having a group indication, and a number indicating its value. Some of the groups include " special " cards, Fig. 4, that are played with the corresponding cards of the group and have numbers affecting the value of the latter cards. A chart, Fig. 1, is provided showing the value of each card and the total values of the cards for each player when certain of the groups are used in playing a game. The " special " cards are used only when the number of groups is limited to 3, 5 or 7. The cards are marked with letters or combinations of letters corresponding to the player to whom they belong. The full pack comprises 400 cards and may be played by any number of players up to fifty, each having a hand of eight cards or less.
