本发明涉及一种高强度定位座及其加工工艺。所述高强度定位座是由改进后的20Cr合金钢加工而成,所述的改进后的20Cr合金钢由以下质量百分数的化学成分组成:C:0.18%-0.22%,Si:0.20%-0.35%,Mn:0.80%-1.20%,Cr:0.30%-0.50%,Mo:0.02%-0.08%,Ni:0.05-0.20%,Al:0.02%-0.06%,V:0.05%-0.08%,P≤0.030%,S≤0.030%,Cu≤0.20%,余量为Fe。本发明定位座通过合理配伍其化学成分及特定的加工工艺,大大提高其强度、硬度、塑性和韧性,进而提高定位座的使用寿命。
The invention relates to a high-strength positioning seat and a processing technique thereof. The high-strength positioning seat is prepared from improved 20Cr alloy steel. The improved 20Cr alloy steel is composed of the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.18%-0.22% of C, 0.20%-0.35% of Si, 0.80%-1.20% of Mn, 0.30%-0.50% of Cr, 0.02%-0.08% of Mo, 0.05%-0.20% of Ni, 0.02%-0.06% of Al, 0.05%-0.08% of V, at most 0.030% of P, at most 0.030% of S, at most 0.20% of Cu and the balance of Fe. By using the reasonable formula of the chemical components and the specific processing technique, the strength, hardness, plasticity and toughness are greatly enhanced, thereby prolonging the service life of the positioning seat.
