Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a quick-dissolving cement polymer fluid loss agent for an oil well. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly using 11.5 parts of deionized water to dissolve ammonium persulfate to form an initiator solution for standby; feeding 736.5 parts of deionized water to a reaction kettle, sequentially adding 140 parts of 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonate, 23 parts of acrylamide, 9 parts of acrylic acid, and 0.5 parts of isopropanol while stirring; after dissolving, using a caustic soda solution to regulate the pH value of the feed liquid to be 4.0-5.0; raising the temperature of the material in the kettle to 58-60 DEG C; slowly adding the initiator solution into the reaction kettle; quickly stirring for 2 minutes, then stopping stirring, and waiting for polymerization; when the temperature of the material is raised to 77-80 DEG C, beginning to stir, and keeping the reaction temperature to be constant at 78-82 DEG C; continuing the reaction, and adding a cosolvent into the reaction kettle to be stirred and dissolved; cooling the temperature to room temperature, taking out the material, and drying and crushing the material to form granules with 30-40 meshes. The quick-dissolving cement polymer fluid loss agent disclosed by the invention is excellent in water loss property and good in hydrophilicity, can be quickly dissolved in water at normal temperature, and brings convenience to long-distance transport and site construction.
本发明公开了一种油井水泥速溶型聚合物降失水剂的制备方法,先取11.5份去离子水溶解过硫酸铵制成引发剂溶液备用;再将736.5份去离子水投入反应釜中,搅拌中依次加入2-丙烯酰胺基-2甲基丙磺酸140份、丙烯酰胺23份、丙烯酸9份、异丙醇0.5份;溶解后用烧碱溶液调整料液的PH值为4.0~5.0,将釜内物料升温至58~60℃,缓慢加入引发剂溶液,快速搅拌2分钟后停止搅拌等待聚合,待物料温度上升至77~80℃时,开启搅拌,将反应温度恒定在80℃±2继续反应后向反应釜中加入助溶剂搅拌溶解后,降至室温,取出物料;干燥粉碎成30~40目颗粒状即可。本发明具有优异的降失水性能,亲水性极佳,常温下能够迅速溶于水中,方便长途运输和现场施工。
