Abstract

The invention relates to a precise vertical type length gauge. The precise vertical type length gauge comprises a measuring rod having a measuring head arranged at the bottom end thereof in a connecting manner, and a guide support mechanism which comprises a linear guide rail, a linear bearing arranged on the bottom end of the linear guide rail in the connecting manner and first and second sliding components arranged on the linear guide rail in a spaced and sliding manner; the measuring rod is arranged in the linear bearing in a sliding and sleeving manner, and is sequentially connected to the first sliding component and the second sliding component; the precise vertical type length gauge further comprises a measuring mechanism; the measuring mechanism comprises a reflective optical grid ruler/magnetic grid ruler which is arranged on the end face of one side of the linear guide rail in the connecting manner, and an optical grid reading head/magnetic grid reading head which is arranged on the first sliding component in the connecting manner and is dead against the reflective optical grid ruler/magnetic grid ruler to detect and output movement amount of the first sliding component when the measuring rod drives the first sliding component to move along the linear guide rail. The precise vertical type length gauge is high in measurement accuracy, has a oversized measuring range, and overcomes the disadvantages that an existing length gauge cannot give consideration to high accuracy and high measuring range.
本发明涉及一种精密立式长度计,包括底端连接设有测头的测量杆,以及包括直线导轨,连接设于直线导轨底端的直线轴承,和相间隔的滑动设于直线导轨上的第一滑动组件和第二滑动组件的导向支撑机构,测量杆滑动套设于直线轴承内、并依次连接于第一滑动组件和第二滑动组件上;还包括测量机构,该测量机构包括连接设于直线导轨一侧端面上的反射式光栅标尺/磁栅标尺,以及连接设于第一滑动组件上、并正对于反射式光栅标尺/磁栅标尺,以在测量杆驱使第一滑动组件沿直线导轨移动时,对第一滑动组件的移动量进行检测并输出的光栅读数头/磁栅读数头。本精密立式长度计测量精度高,且具有超大量程,克服了现有长度计产品不能兼顾高精度和大量程的不足。
