The invention discloses a manpower hoisting mechanism for masonry, and relates to a hoisting mechanism. In the prior art, the lightweight articles cannot be transported in a small range vertically or horizontally, and in order to solve the problem, the manpower hoisting mechanism is provided. The manpower hoisting mechanism comprises a detachable upper support and a detachable lower support; wherein the upper support comprises an upper pillar, a lifting arm, an extend pillar, an upper support arm, and a rope locking device, and the lower support comprises a lower pillar, a support leg, a lower support arm, a front/back buckle adjusting bolt, and a rotation shaft. The extend pillar is fixed on the upper pillar, the top end of the extend pillar is provided with the lifting arm which can stretch out and draw back freely; the two ends of the lifting arm are respectively provided with a fixed pulley, the two ends of the upper support arm are respectively connected to one end of the lifting arm and the extend pillar through bolts, and one side edge of the upper pillar is provided with the rope locking device for fixing ropes. The manpower hoisting mechanism is used to hoist and transport cargoes.
