FPC manufacturing technology

Abstract

The invention discloses an FPC manufacturing technology. The FPC manufacturing technology comprises the steps that (1) a traditional FPC is manufactured; (2) a solid FPC is obtained; (3) the solid FPC is obtained; (4) materials are dried; (5) mould opening is performed through an injection moulding machine, wherein the FPC is placed on a mould in the injection moulding machine; (6) adhesive is melted, wherein a charging barrel of the injection moulding machine is composed of a third charging barrel segment, a second charging barrel segment and a first charging barrel segment in sequence in the direction from a feeding port to an injection nozzle, and resin added into the charging barrel is heated to be in a molten state; (7) mould closing is performed; (8) the resin is jetted out; (9) firstly, cooling is performed, afterwards, mould opening is performed, and finally demoulding is performed, wherein cooling time is 4 s, and the mould opening time is 2 s; (10) back adhesive is attached to the finished FPC; (11) the FPC is bent; (12) the finished FPC is packaged. The FPC manufactured based on the FPC manufacturing technology has good anti-broken performance, waterproofness and FPC anti-movement performance and is low in reworking rate and high in dimensional accuracy; besides, the manufacturing technology has the advantage of improving the later manufacturing quality of the FPC.
本发明公开了一种柔性印刷电路板制造工艺,包括:步骤一,制作成传统FPC;步骤二,得到实板FPC;步骤三,实板FPC;还包括:步骤四,烘料;步骤五,注塑机开模,将FPC放置在注塑机中的模具上;步骤六,溶胶,注塑机料筒进料口到注射喷嘴的方向依次为料筒3段、料筒2段、料筒1段,将添加到料筒内的树脂加热至熔融状态;步骤七,合模;步骤八,射出;步骤九,先冷却,冷却时间为4s;然后开模,开模时间为2s;最后脱模;步骤十,成品FPC背胶贴合;步骤十一,弯折;步骤十二,成品包装。本发明有良好的抗摔落性能、防水性能、FPC抗移位性能、返工率低、尺寸精度高以及提升后期FPC的制作质量的优点。
