Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of power station water supply, and concretely relates to a power station boiler make-up water system mixed bed regeneration method. The mixed bed regeneration method comprises the following steps: 1)backwashing and layering; 2)standing; 3)pre-injecting soda acid; 4) feeding acid or alkali; 5) replacing cathode and anode; 6)performing front washing on anion resin, 7)washing in series; 8) discharging water; 9)mixing resins; 10)rapidly settling; 11)filling with water; and 12)performing front washing, opening a front washing intake gate, a front exhaust gate and a self-use salt removal pump. The mixed bed regenerating method has the beneficial effects that the step of water discharging is cancelled; the step of water discharging is changed to regeneration with a full filling method, after steps of feeding acid or alkali and replacing cathode and anode, the step of performing front washing on anion resin is added for ensuring the regeneration effect; the step of rapidly settling is added after the step of mixing resins, so that re-separation of the mixing resins can be avoided. The method employs new regeneration process, once mixing bed enables successful regeneration, and automatic regeneration can be realized.
本发明涉及电站给水技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种电站锅炉补给水系统混床再生方法。本发明混床再生方法包括如下步骤:1)反洗分层步骤;2)静止;3)酸碱预喷射步骤;4)进酸、碱步骤;5)阳、阴置换步骤;6)阴树脂正洗步骤;7)串洗步骤;8)放水步骤;9)混合树脂步骤;10)快速沉降步骤;11)充水步骤;12)正洗步骤 开启正洗进水门、正排门、自用除盐水泵。本发明有如下有益效果:本发明方法取消了“放水”步骤,改为满罐法再生,在“进酸、进碱”和“置换”后,增加“阴树脂正洗”保证再生效果;在“混合树脂”步序后增加“快速沉降”的步序,防止混合树脂的再次分离。本发明采用新的再生步序,混床一次再生成功,实现自动再生。
