Abstract

本发明高层建筑地泵泵管长距悬挂且摆动浇筑混凝土施工工艺,涉及一种建筑施工工艺,包括以下施工步骤:(一)安装穿楼面板泵管;(二)安装水平泵管:水平泵管前端与穿楼面板泵管连接,水平泵管后端与工作面活动泵管连接,水平泵管由消晃支承装置所支承,在水平泵管的管接头处套接头加劲套;(三)安装工作面活动泵管:在工作面活动泵管与水平泵管之间连接有360度旋转活动接头I,工作面活动泵管的管接头处也套有接头加劲套;(四)浇筑混凝土:混凝土由地泵经穿楼面板泵管、水平泵管、工作面活动泵管浇筑至楼面模板中。采用本发明工艺可以消除泵送混凝土过程中泵管冲击力对钢筋、模板及已浇筑混凝土的扰动,并实现一次性浇筑大面积混凝土。
