Abstract

The invention specifically relates to the technical field of wiring of electric appliances and discloses a high temperature-resistant wiring socket shell material. The material comprises by weight: 40 to 50% of polyvinyl chloride, 15 to 25% of methyltrichlorosilane, 5 to 10% of a curing agent, 3 to 10% of an anti-oxidant and 10 to 15% of a fire retardant, wherein the polyvinyl chloride has a molecular weight of 100000, the curing agent is one selected from the group consisting of polyamide, aliphatic amine and alicyclic amine, the anti-oxidant is one selected from the group consisting of sulfodipropionic acid, hindered phenol and phosphite and the fire retardant is one selected from the group consisting of ammonium polyphosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate and ammonium biphosphate. According to the invention, cost of raw materials used for the high temperature-resistant wiring socket shell material is low; each additive is stable, environment-friendly and nontoxic under a relative high temperature condition; a wiring socket shell prepared from the material has high thermal stability, and when a wiring metal insertion sheet undergoes contact failure or short circuit, heat converted by electric energy does not burn out the socket shell to incur a fire hazard.
本发明公开了一种耐高温接线插壳材料,具体涉及电器接线技术领域,其组分的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯40~50%、甲基三氯硅烷15~25%、固化剂5~10%、抗氧化剂3~10%,阻燃剂10~15%,所述聚氯乙烯为分子量为10万的聚氯乙烯,所述固化剂为聚酰胺、脂肪胺、脂环胺中的一种,所述抗氧化剂为硫代二丙酸、受阻酚、亚磷酸酯中的一种,所述阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢铵中的其中一种。本发明耐高温接线插壳材料中所用到的原料成本低,各种添加剂在相对的高温条件下性能稳定、环保无毒,使用本材料制造出的接线插壳热稳定性能高,当接线金属插片接触不良时或短路时,电能转化的热量不会烧坏插壳而引发火灾。
