Abstract

本发明公开了一种轨道导向电极,所述正极铜轴下端设有固体板和正极铜轴固定板,所述固体板与正极铜轴固定板连接,所述正电极墙板固定在正极铜轴的下端,所述绝缘胶木套设置在正极铜轴固定板的下端,所述直线导轨安装在电极导向板的上端,所述弹性装置连接在电极导向板的一端,所述正极挡热片固定在正极铜轴的一端,所述坩埚一端连接在负极铜轴上。本发明将直线导轨与蒸发电极连接一起,确保电极运行的运动轨迹,安装有绝缘胶木套,避免了蒸发箱与正电极的接触,并通过紧固装置,完全确保电极的直线性往复运动,提高了电极的稳定性。从而很大程度的提高运动的可靠性,使用寿命长。
The invention discloses a track guiding electrode. The track guiding electrode adopts the structure that a solid plate and an anode copper shaft fixing plate are arranged at the lower end of an anode copper shaft; the fixing plate is connected to the anode copper shaft fixing plate; a positive electrode wall plate is fixed at the lower end of the anode cooper shaft; an insulating bakelite sleeve is arranged at the lower end of the anode copper shaft fixing plate; a linear guide rail is mounted at the upper end of an electrode guide plate; an elastic device is connected to one end of the electrode guide plate; an anode heat shield sheet is fixed at one end of the anode copper shaft; one end of a crucible is connected to a cathode copper shaft. According to the invention, the linear guide rail is directly connected with the evaporation electrode (namely the electrode) to ensure the motion trail of the electrode during moving; as the insulating bakelite sleeve is arranged, the contact of an evaporation box with a positive electrode is avoided; with a fastening device, linear reciprocating movement of the electrode is totally ensured, and the stability of the electrode is improved, so that the movement reliability is improved to a great extent, and the service life of the track guiding electrode is long.
