Abstract

本发明公开了一种碳纤维复合材料两段式成型工艺,其具体步骤为:碳纤维渍树脂形成纱片;将纱片进行贴片层压预型;将预型制品置于模具中加压低温成型排出气泡;再进行加压高温成型固化;开模形成所需碳纤维复合材料制品。本发明通过采用两段温度切换的模具对碳纤维复合材料进行分段热固成型,第一段的低温阶段,保证复材的物性成型,在并未达到完全硬化的同时可使制品中的气泡有效排出,而且令溶剂充分挥发;而第二段的高温阶段保证复材的有效固化。如此形成的碳纤维复合材制品中无气泡,保证纤维的紧密性,有效保证制品的成型强度及成型质量。
The invention discloses a two-stage forming process for a carbon fiber composite. The two-stage forming process specifically comprises the following steps of soaking carbon fibers in resin to form yarn sheets; performing sticking and lamination pre-forming on the yarn sheets; putting a pre-formed product in a die, and performing pressurized low-temperature forming to eliminate bubbles; performing pressurized high-temperature forming curing; and opening the die to form a required carbon fiber composite product. According to the two-stage forming process, the two-stage temperature switching die is used for the performing the stagewise thermosetting forming on the carbon fiber composite; the first stage is a low-temperature stage, and in the first stage, the physical forming of the composite is ensured, the bubbles in the product can be effectively eliminated when the product is not completely cured, and a solvent is fully volatilized; the second stage is a high-temperature stage, and in the second stage, the effective curing of the composite is ensured; and therefore, the formed carbon fiber composite product is free of the bubbles, the compactness of the fibers is ensured, and the forming intensity and the forming quality of the product are effectively ensured.
